Digital Templates & Third-Party Services

SmartSoloFlow designs and sells pre-built automation blueprints (JSON scenario files) for use with Make.com and related third-party applications, including but not limited to Airtable, Google services, Slack, Twilio, and OpenAI/Gemini providers.

Operational data flow: our blueprints provide automation logic only. SmartSoloFlow does not host, store, or process any payload data that passes through a buyer's automation once connected — that data flows entirely through the buyer's own third-party accounts, webhooks, and Make.com dashboard.

By purchasing and using a SmartSoloFlow template, you acknowledge and agree that:

Account Ownership

You're solely responsible for creating and maintaining your own API credentials and accounts with any third-party application used in the automation.

Governing Policies

Each third-party application's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your use of it, independent of SmartSoloFlow.

No Platform Liability

SmartSoloFlow isn't responsible for data loss, privacy issues, service outages, API deprecations, or pricing changes on third-party platforms.

Digital Product Sales & Refund Policy

Because digital downloadable products (JSON blueprints and code files) can't be returned once delivered, all sales are final. If you run into a genuine technical setup issue or Make.com scenario error, submit a ticket through our support portal and we'll help you resolve it. That support commitment doesn't constitute a cash-refund guarantee. Purchases made through Gumroad or Whop remain additionally subject to those platforms' own buyer-dispute policies.
