How We Create Content
Last updated October 2026.
SmartSoloFlow publishes articles about automation templates and about the AI and no-code tools around them. This page explains how those articles are made, who stands behind them and how mistakes are handled, so you can judge how far to trust them.
Who is behind it
I am Rizwan, an AI Automation & No-Code Architect and Micro-SaaS Systems Engineer. I run SmartSoloFlow as a one-person practice, and I publish every article on this site.
My work has two parts, kept separate on purpose. The first is automation templates: I design, build and test each one before it is sold. The second is a small suite of AI SaaS tools that I am engineering. These tools are still in development and none of them is live yet. The homepage shows the current status of each, and I describe them only as what they are today.
My profile, background and certifications are on the About page.
How an article is made
- TopicI pick questions people really search for, using keyword research.
- ResearchI read the vendor's official documentation and pricing pages, and the current search results, at the time of writing.
- DraftingAn AI assistant helps me research and draft the article from that material, following a written set of editorial rules.
- Fact checkDetails that change over time, such as prices, plan limits, features and integrations, are checked against the official page before publishing. A claim I cannot confirm is removed, not softened. Prices say “as of” a month, and articles show when their details were last checked (“Details checked”).
- ApprovalI approve the article before it goes live.
My editorial standards
These are the lines I do not cross:
No invented proof
I do not publish invented reviews, ratings, testimonials or sales numbers.
No false first-hand claims
I do not write “I tested” or “in my experience” unless it is true.
No unverified superlatives
I do not make claims such as “the only tool that…” or “unlike other tools” unless I can verify them.
Testing and results
Unless an article says that I used a tool myself, it is based on the vendor's documentation and published information, not on a personal test. Where an article does describe my own testing or experience, it says so plainly.
Every automation template I sell is run end to end with sample data before it is listed. Your own results depend on your data, your plan and your setup, and nothing in an article is a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Images and illustrations
Hero images are AI-generated illustrations. They do not depict real people or real company interfaces. More detail is in the Disclaimer.
My commercial interest
I sell automation templates through SmartSoloFlow. When an article is about one of my templates, or about a product I have a commercial connection to, it says so near the top. My articles do not currently contain affiliate links.
Product and company names that appear in articles belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned to identify or discuss the product, and they do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Updates and corrections
An article's “Last Updated” date changes only when its content changes in a meaningful way, not for a small typo fix. If you find a mistake, tell me through the Contact page. I check it against the official source and correct the article.
Articles are for general educational and informational purposes and are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice.
