At SmartSoloFlow, accessible from smartsoloflow.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy applies to our main domain, all associated subdomains (including our portfolio site and support portal), and Make.com templates purchased through Gumroad or Whop.

Information We Collect

• Log data: like most websites, we log standard visitor data — IP address, browser type, ISP, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and click counts.
• Support data: your name and email when you submit a support ticket, and your order/receipt number if the ticket relates to a purchase.
• Marketplace metadata: transaction and order details when you buy a template via Gumroad or Whop. Payment card details are handled entirely by Gumroad, Whop, or their payment processor — they never reach our servers.

Templates you purchase may connect to third-party API credentials (such as OpenAI, Google Ads API, or Google Keyword Planner API) — those connections are configured and stored within your own Make.com account, not on our servers.

Support Portal & Ticket Data

When you submit a request through our support portal at hub.smartsoloflow.com, you receive a unique ticket number and a confirmation email. For purchase-related questions, we verify your order automatically so replies are fast and accurate. If your issue needs a real conversation, you may receive a one-time invite to a private live chat — this is optional and only offered when needed. We never sell, rent, or share your support information for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Advertising

Like most websites, SmartSoloFlow uses cookies to store visitor preferences and pages accessed, to optimize the user experience. We currently don't show third-party advertising on this site. We do plan to advertise our templates and SaaS tools through Google Ads in the future — when that launches, this section will be updated to describe any related cookies. Protecting Your Data

We take reasonable steps to protect the data described above, including encrypting sensitive data in transit and at rest, and limiting access to what's needed to operate the site and support portal. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

• We do not sell, lease, or share Google API user data or authorization tokens with third parties or data brokers.
• Data retrieved via Google APIs is never used to train, tune, or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.

Your Control Over Your Data

You may disconnect any API integration or Google OAuth authorization at any time, directly through Google's security settings or within your own Make.com account. Since template purchases don't require creating an account with us, there's no ongoing account data to delete beyond the support-ticket and order records described above — you can request removal of those at any time through our support portal.

Planned SaaS Tools

SmartSoloFlow is developing a suite of AI-powered SaaS tools, currently in planning and not yet available. These tools will involve their own account and data-handling practices, which will be described here — and in a dedicated policy if needed — before they launch.

Consent & Policy Updates

By using our website, support portal, or templates, you consent to this Privacy Policy. We may update, amend, or change this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to individual users — the revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised version. Questions can be sent through our support portal.
